In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the ph22com Platform. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced.
2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ph22com reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your Account will be permanently closed and any funds — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited.
2.3 You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the ph22com Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.4 ph22com does not accept registrations from individuals who are employees, contractors, or immediate family members of ph22com or its affiliated entities.
2.5 ph22com reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility requirements have not been met.
3.1 To use the ph22com Platform, you must register a single Account using accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
3.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph22com Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph22com reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.4 You must notify ph22com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. ph22com will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.5 ph22com may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 ph22com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. ph22com reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and minimum deposit amounts at any time.
4.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph22com does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. ph22com aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet methods; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing times.
4.4 ph22com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
4.5 ph22com does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which ph22com accepts no responsibility.
5.1 ph22com may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 ph22com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a player's Account, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings derived solely from that bonus may be removed.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 6.1 All wagers placed on the ph22com Platform are final once confirmed. ph22com does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the specific game or event rules.
6.2 ph22com reserves the right to void any wager where it determines, at its sole discretion, that the wager was placed in error, that the odds or game outcome were affected by a technical malfunction, or that the wager was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game session, ph22com's server records shall be the definitive record of all wagers placed and outcomes determined. ph22com will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on the ph22com Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be modified by ph22com at any time.

10.3 ph22com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph22com Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph22com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.
